3 weeks without my little man
3 weeks without being complete! When I was 7 years old I remember catching a plane by myself (Well with the help of the air hostess) to visit my grandparents and spending 6 weeks of summer with them. The memories of those summer are still very vivid and I used to love the undivided attention my grandparents used to give me, especially because I only used to see them a few times a year if lucky. My Parents live in Singapore and don’t get to see my son so often as they would like. So this summer my son joined them for a few weeks without me and my husband. We tried this out last summer, where I flew to Singapore and left him here with my parents 2 weeks later my mother returned to Malta and there was not a drop of bother on him- he had the time of his life! This Xmas, my mum flew down in the beginning of December and brought him up to Singapore for 2.5 weeks before me and my husband arrived. He saw all the Xmas shows and lights and Santas.
